Equine Assisted Psychotherapy: Occurring in the barn, this practice utilizes the traditional EAP model to explore diagnosed or diagnosable conditions. Barn work may be interspersed with office sessions as needed. In this model, Alannah serves as the client's primary therapist.
Equine Assisted Therapeutic Mentoring: Occurring in the barn, EATM accesses a coaching dynamic designed to move the client through a variety of challenges including identity development, professional and personal change, family and relationship issues and school and social matters.
Office-based Talk Therapy: While it's readily apparent that we at Windhorse love our furry co-therapists, some clients do prefer a traditional, office-based model. Alannah offers this service through her Concord location to any and all of her clients.
